A marine-paints retailer maintaining a price for every combination of paint option - more than 17,000 SKUs - on a store that could barely cope. I replaced it with a bespoke platform managed through a pricing grid, with payment-gateway integration and PCI-DSS handled, in the days before Stripe made that easy. Still in service more than 15 years later.
